  My newly married wife and I stayed here one day as part of a Nova Scotia honeymoon trip. This place was beyond our expectations. The rooms are quite cozy and atmosphere is beyond chill. We felt really relaxed from the moment we walked in. The staff were also quite polite and professional. We were provided a small gift to celebrate our nuptials and this made our night. The food at the restaurants were also quite good tasty. Stay here for an enjoyable stay!

  Great view of the lake at the back. Worth a quick stroll down the stairs to breathe in the fresh morning air.

  Came in for a quick lunch with family. The food was delicious (we had soup, sandwiches and chicken curry) and reasonbly priced. The fries were amazing! The service was excellent and staff were very friendly. I would definitely stop by again!

  The first place my family stayed in Nova Scotia was the Inn on the Lake, in 1982. It was a local treasure. Over the years, new owners and multi renovations and additions, this is still a go to spot. The Inn is a great place to meet friends for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink in the bar. The food is very consistent and they are very adaptable to food requests. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I would recommend it to anyone.

  Beautiful hotel with a rustic/classic feel to it. Our room was nice and spacious, but our pillows could have been a bit fresher... they were kind of lumpy.

  I love the atmosphere at the Inn on the Lake; their food is exceptionally good. Rooms are cozy. I especially like sitting in the bar in front of the fireplace with a nice glass of wine. Great place to relax!
